Strategic Partnership with Isabella Homes

Trinity has formed a partnership with Isabella Homes – Social Housing which enables us to create affordable housing solutions for their clients and with Local Authorities. 

Together, we work to develop properties that meet the housing needs of the Isabelle Homes for low to moderate-income individuals and families. This collaboration aims to leverage each party’s strengths to create sustainable, inclusive communities while also addressing the housing shortage in many areas.

We hosted our development finance lending partner Signature Property Finance which allowed us to showcase the progress and potential of our latest development project.

During the site visit, we had the chance to:

  • Give them firsthand insights into the development’s strategic location and unique features.
  • Witness the construction progress and quality of workmanship.
  • Discuss in-depth the financial aspects and investment opportunities associated with the project.
  • Engage in meaningful discussions on how our partnership can further enhance the success of this venture.

Upcoming Event​

On 11th May 2024, we will be joining our Partners over at Proptiply to host a UK Property Conference in Singapore. We will also have a panel joining us consisting of Joe Lane from Mortgage Lane, Sally Poon from Propcap Technologies and Bianca Van Den Berg from Get Ground.

Current Project – Austin Court
